And here's a nice advert for it!
Isn't Adam's logo good? And what an excellent name, Rory. This really is a team effort.

I have just returned from a recording of Jason Cook's Happiness HQ pilot in deepest Fallowfield. Lovely stuff, and excellent support from Chris Ramsey and Jason's mum.

Agreed! And good job to you for, you know, organising it and stuff. I am up for a good few of those nights; Phil Nichol and Key & Basden particularly. Thanks dude! Festival line-up to be announced shortly (very exciting) and I have an exciting partnership possibility for our previews. Tonight! Cardinal Burns, Arnab Chanda, Jo Neary, Chris Coxen, Fergus Craig & Steve Cumberland (aka David Earl aka Brian Gittins). Come! why not? |

Everyone was great last night. You must go and see Cardinal Burns live ASAP. Before their TV show airs, which we were treated to exclusive clips from, so you can say you'd heard of them when no one else had (even though lots of people have already heard of them)
The show is going to be on channel 4, I think, but here's a clip of something they did for the BBC http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9RJobsmuro |

Two tickets for Sarah Millican's sold out Chatterbox tour next Thursday - yes please! Thank you Bloomsbury Box Office returns. We had tickets for it last year and I got the date wrong so we missed the show, so I am rather pleased.
And thank you Zoe for posting something about returns and prompting me to email them! |

The Horne Section
Amazing! Everything was brill, Key, Basden, a plate spinner, Schlomo, smooth jazz, a Michael Jackson medley, Human Battleships, and a headline stand-up set from Harry Hill. Doesn't get much better. |

Saw Harry Hill AGAIN last night in a 100 seat room above a pub near Chalk Farm.
He was an utter joy and has cemented his position as my favourite live comic. I hope two gigs in a week suggests there's lots more to come - though who knows what that means for TV Burp... 'Lee Nelson' also did a little set. That character is really at his best in a small room with a lively audience who are happy to join in. So last night Simon was on top form. Though late. That man is ALWAYS late. I think I'm going to have a night off comedy tonight. maybe a little nap. In other news I'm getting a weekend ticket for the comedy crawl http://www2.seetickets.com/thecomedycrawl/...wl&filler3= Linkies |
