More confirmation of the return...
It doesn't say it on the article, but according to all sorts on Twitter... * Six Episodes, in front of a studio audience. * Filming November 2011 - January 2012, for Broadcast in September/October 2012. * Hattie Hayridge possibly playing Holly again. Not sure the last one is correct, but the first two are supposedly announced by Doug Naylor. It'll be better than Back To Earth, but not as good as the older episodes. That's my prediction (and the probable outcome). |

Yeah who knew holograms could age? I still can't help but be hopeful for this, but as I said over a year ago, no Grant means low expectations.

^ I can't see Dave dropping a sure fire hit should this series turn out to be as popular as it seems it will be.

So did anyone watch it then? I found myself laughing quite a few times once it had got going. Much better than the 3 specials but still no where near as good as it once was. Will keep watching and see how it goes.

I didn't think it was too bad. Not as funny as the original few series, but miles better than the last couple the BBC knocked out. I thought the moose joke built quite well.

Still haven't got round to watching it yet (the new episodes mean), but from reading this it isn't going to be as bad as I feared.
Still, I bet they look really old...I always find that massively off putting in this sort of thing. |
