^ True.
("Mutt's nuts" means good, right?) Although, they are very different types of films. I'm not sure how much impact Cloverfield will have for me on 2nd viewing on a TV screen. But, it's still a good monster movie, IMHO. Iron Man is lots of fun. Robert Downey Jnr is da shiz. Feel the love. dolfyn. This post has been edited by dolfyn: Oct 16 2008, 05:26 AM |

Last week I bought Rosemary's Baby and Chinatown with a £10 voucher I received from work. The day before yesterday I bought Confessions of a Dangerous Mind as I am in love with Sam Rockwell at the moment.

I'm taking advantage of how cheap the DVDs are on play at the moment. It's been years since I've watched it with any sort of discipline, so it's nice catching up on all that I missed the first time around.

I've still not got cloverfiled on dvd, but I imagine it's the rare epic monster movie that actually works perfectly on the small screen because it's meant to be a video recording. |

You're absolutely right. I just watched it with my niece a couple of nights ago. It's actually less blurry & confusing on the small screen, & I could see the monster better. 'Twas good; I'm glad I bought it. Feel the love. dolfyn. |

The Hills Have Eyes (Original)
Braindead I'm having a scary movie marathon and felt I needed to stock up on some of the films I'd put on the shortlist. |
