I just discovered yesterday that Wal Mart will be selling an exclusive 2 disc edition of HOT FUZZ.
Which is essentially the British DVD plus THE FUZZBALL RALLY DVD extra. Also the HD version of the film has all the extras. More as I get it... Your friendly neighbourhood, Edgar |

Huh. Leave it to Sprawl-Mart to become the unlikely crusader against double-dipping for the geek world.
Fine, but I'll still crawl back to Target and beg forgiveness in the morning. This post has been edited by thirtyhelens: Jul 20 2007, 06:52 PM |

There's some bits on the Walmart web site here, granted it's not much. Still $19.87 ain't bad, should of imported it, would of been cheaper.

Better news for me, since I was planning to buy Hot Fuzz at Wal-Mart when it comes out. YES!

QUOTE (Baz @ Jul 20 2007, 11:25 AM) You teases and your flippin' exchange rate, already. Gaaaaaaaahd! Hey, I'm damn proud of the $29.98 I (* No, of course I'm not gently accusing any of the creative team of fleecing. As Edgar notes, he only just found out about this US double disc. I blame Ron Meyer directly, naturally...) This post has been edited by thirtyhelens: Jul 20 2007, 09:51 PM |

Oh dear.
I really want those fuzzball extras. But I feel a bit pathetic that I already have two copies from the UK. Now I'm going to have to buy a US version too. Someone keep me out of the DVD shops here in Australia please. I've turned into an anorak. So can I buy from Walmart online? Or should I start being especially friendly to my US friends? |

You can buy from WalMart online, but I'm not sure they ship overseas.

Or you could just talk one of our US contingent to buy a copy and post it to you and pay them back...

I looked on the Walmart site and it had Hot Fuzz there. I don't know if it's the exclusive one or not though. Can anyone less thick confirm?

Wait. So, is it only the HD copy that has all the exclusive extras?
Because that's what I'm seeing looking at the different versions details on the Walmart website. This post has been edited by mousespider: Jul 21 2007, 04:29 AM |
