Well it's all sorted in my household now. My lil' sis will be coming with me. A little surprising given her one third mock/two thirds real distain of both my and others general geekiness. But she does really like Spaced and SotD, as well as Simon and Nick, so there actually is a reason for her to come along.
If you see a blonde teenager with a redheaded woman smiling and laughing with each other...that'll be us. Alternatively, if you see a blonde teenager scowling and making sarky remarks with a redheaded woman rolling her eyes and distancing herself from the blonde one...that'll be us. I'm back! I'm too damn tired to get my camera and post up any of the few pictures I took (most of them will be rubbish pictures too because I have to have the camera set on 'Sport' because my hands shake too much for normal).
It was very good though. I think I saw Jade at one point but didn't say anything because I was too busy trying to find the end of the queue for the signing... which didn't matter in the end anyway as we got VIP treatment I've got a t-shirt (post pictures tomorrow unless someone does before then), a mini-poster and some postcards. Also, the mini-posters have www.jointhefuzz.com written on them - so check that out. |
