Although my favourite characters are Willow, Tara and Spike, ooh and Giles, I think that Xander has to be the greatest hero - he had no special powers and he was scared shitless most of the time, but he kept jumping in to help his friends.

Even though Xander is the love of my life (tee hee) the ultimate Buffy hero has to be Buffy surely?

Although slightly biased toward Willow just for shear gorgeousness, and Xander should get a shout for being "normal"...I went for (Angel) Wesley..he seemed to do what was the right thing even though he knew no one would appreciate it..and suffered for it too.

I had to go with Willow because out of all the characters, I think she grew the most...
Especially considering how she was in the first Episode and how she was in the last. |

I really wanted to go with Xander but I felt I had to pick Giles because of the cool way he comes back in season 6. I wish he was my dad. Or some kind of rakish uncle, hehe.

I pick Andrew.
In a brave geeky hero way. He had to contend with an evil geek friend (who he was in love with) and all the goody goodies being mean to him ALL THE TIME. But he still stayed on the good side and didn't even die! |

QUOTE (Ingram @ Mar 7 2005, 04:18 PM) Well, possibly in the first series yes. But I think that Buffy became more and more of an annoyance throughout the series's and the other characters grew and became more heroic. Possibly - or maybe I just don't like SMG. I agree... There are times that the Buffy character is hard to relate to. Like when she went to LA and gave Angel a raft of shit! But I think that shows the strength in the writing!
