Does anyone remember...

Storyteller? And I don't mean the John Hurt tv programme, which is another kettle of fish i could delve into, but they were tape and magazines which I had collected them for months, building up a nice collection in my childhood, looking forward to the christmas specials, tapes that I would play over and over.

Some stories are so vivid that I could draw the layouts, for example one story about a picture of cats on a Japanese mural, that would come alive and fight a giant rat. Others are Gobbolino the witch's cat and Adventures of the Little wooden horse.

These titles are stand alone books but the short stories were so wonderful and especially the pictures so beautifully drawn that I would love to have them again. Unfortunately, as I grew up, these books were given away to a friend of the family with two small daughters and my only hope is that they did enjoy them as much as me, however I get the feeling they might have chucked them which is sad...

Anyone got stuff they want to remember?
