For a few weeks now Doctor Who is running in German television. The German version isn't even bad. It's in fact really well translated into German, even if they made the Sonic Screwdriver into a "Überschallsschraubber" meaning "Super Sonic Screwdriver" - so you can say, that the German version is even better than the original.
 I am really pleased with it, especially the German version of Heroes was done so badly. They translated even the Japanese bits and killed the subtitles these ignorants. And the rest sounds like a mix of Bollywood and a porn-movie. But that's off topic. |
