I tried downloading a track on Sunday afternoon and it ground to a halt at around 20Kb. After several attempts I gave up and tried again at about 11pm when it downloaded without a problem.
Has anyone else tried this yet? How did you get on if you have?! |

I tried downloading a mp3 off amazon the other day (after paying 79p for it of corse) and it ttimed out mid download.
tried again later and I think it charged m again for it. probably a dodgy connection issue but I think if you have to re-do a download it does charge you again. not 100% certain but I think... |

I didn't get charged twice, but I didn't close the window from the original download.
Reading Amazon's blurb about the way this should work, I think the download tool uses cookies on your PC to confirm when the download is complete. If it hasn't been completed you should be able to try again later - I'm not sure about that though! |

I've purchased several things through Amazon's MP3 service, with no trouble at all. The downloader works the first time, every time, and loads the files directly into my iTunes library.
