Also been quite a while for me since I watched any. I dont really laugh at it in the same fashion as I did when I first watched it all those years ago. That's not to say I dont think it's funny anymore, I just feel like I've digested it all and just watch it for pleasure now. I just sometimes need to watch some as a sort of fix. I like to watch it with a group of people to see if the same aspects of certain episodes appeal to other people in the same way they do to me. Interesting to see how everyone connects with Spaced in different fashions. Does that make sense..probably not, I know what I'm on about anyway

I had my mate around this weekend so decided to show him the first season, and he seemed to like it, it was nice to see it almost through fresh eyes again!
Watched the second season whilst laid up in bed feeling really rank, and did feel a bit teary at the end of Leaves, glad he wasn't here to witness, I would have been embarresed |

I completely missed both series' when they came out on the telly, so I bought the 3 DVD box set two weeks ago after hearing a reference to Spaced on one of the commentaries on Shaun..... or possibly Hott Fuzz.
Anyway, I've had nothing else running on my DVD player at work since I took it out of the shrinkwrap. The last episode I watched was series 2, episode 6 at 2.30 pm (that's 14.30 hours) this afternoon.I |

Just watched the original UK commentary of the first series yesterday. If I wait too long between viewings I get pangs of withdrawl, so Spaced or Shaun or Fuzz keeps me busy a few times a week.

I am ALWAYS revisiting it. I last watched an episode - 'Help' - the day before before yesterday. I want the region one set, so's I can catch the newer commentaries, but I am but a poor man.
Watched Hot Fuzz the other day, too. This post has been edited by bromley001: May 22 2009, 11:01 AM |

I am currently SPACED-FREE as I lend my boxset to a mate who has never witnessed it's comedy gold.
He handed it back a week later, scratched to hell and skipping all over the place (not just to the end!) A few harsh words later and he has agreed to replace my much-loved boxset with a shiny new one. Peace and harmony is restored...the dvd is yet to be |

Just finished watching both seasons and the all the special features (disc 3 of the box included) AGAIN.
Now to watch it all again with the commentaries - binging can be fun..... |
