..Arthur in the film?

Just seen on IMDB it is the same guy who played Filch in Harry Potter. The only person I can think it is is the mumbling copper?

Does anyone know who the actor is that plays the guy behind the counter when Angel stops the car? (you know, when Angel is driving back to London - and then he says "No this is something I have to do on my own" to him.

For some reason when we were watching I thought - oh he just reminds me of Christopher Guest that's why I think he's familiar. But now that doesn't seem right at all!

Excuse me for quoting myself (how narcisistic!) but I find it hillarious in the commentaries that both Simon and Edgar refer to him as "Nigel Tuffnel"
Good to know it wasn't just me thinking that!
