Say it's not so! Has Hollywood no original ideas left?
Next thing, they'll be announcing a film adaptation of "Mork and Mindy," with Jimmy Fallon as Mork, and Beyonce as Mindy... |

I saw Day of the Dead for the first time last night and, I don't mean to sound like a girl, but Bub was adorible
-Edit- I wanted to add this, though it has nothing to do with Mr. Romero's films, other than it was part of my horror movie night (or zombie movie night) that included day of the dead. But anyway we had the choice of one of 2 more movies it was between Zombie or Vampires VS Zombies. I should have chosen Zombie becuase I had never heard of Vempires vs Zombies...because it was horrible. It was independently made and for somereason this VERY low quality very crappy movie was at Block Buster (I don't know if UK people know what that is, just a video renal place). It was so bad and horribly written, that I can't even give you a synopsis on the film, it did not make sense because there was no plot development. If you come across this film, do not feel inclined to rent it, it is not worth it. I understand films pretty easily, so if this was supposed to be a deep film (if by deep I mean REALLY cheap porn!) then it is VERY deep. All in all Vampires vs Zombies= CRAP Please don't move this to the review section, because it is impossible to review this flim it's so bad, and I figured most zombie fans would be looking in this topic of Senor Romero so they may see this and heed my warning! Here if you want to read about it Yet what they don't tell is that all the characters they mention are in a car together and they know they "General" and callhim on the phone a few times, nothing fits! I've seen Zombies Vs Vampires in my loacl Blockbusters too, but didn't rent it in favour of renting Shoalin Vs Evil Dead, which was utter pants and made no sense and had nothing to do with the Evil Dead films. You should get Zombie if it's the Lucio Fulci one then rent it. It's also know as Zombi or Zombi 2, but a great film none the less. |

Yup, It was the Fulci one, I've heard it was a classic on one of the other topics. As lame as I am I only just moments ago saw Dawn of the Dead. And I must say, Roger never should have died, he was too cool, I think the girl should have. Also, yesterday I saw the remake (yea, I saw the remake before the original.) The only thing that's the same is them going to a mall, and that's it, either way, I liked the remake, I thought the original was obviously better, but the new one was entertaining. How do some of you feel about the remake?

Land Of The Dead trailer here:
http://www.lotdunseen.com/# I may be sending people on a wild goose chase but I'm sure I can see Simon in the trailer. It's only for about 0.02 of a second and you have to be sharp with the pause, but it's during the flashing bits towards the end. After the two guys with the guns that come after the explosion and man getting smashed against the window, there's a quick silouette of a zombie baring down on someone and it looks like Simon. Well, it does to me anyway. What d'you reckon? Is it him? Wife Of Rolex |
