Snuff is great.
I think one of my favourite moments is from Thud! When Sam Vimes is hacking his way through the Dwarves whilst reciting 'Where Is My Cow?'. |

I really want to buy that book too. @Joe: You're not missing much by not getting Nanny Oggs cookbook. The "science of" books are great. Incredibly dense sections of science broken up by wizards shenanigans. Good stuff |

I hadn't realised there was a new Pratchett our today (Dodger), until he mentioned it on Twitter earlier.
Also interesting to see the divided opinion online regarding The Long Earth. I mostly liked it, but it was a bit hard work in places and didn't quite have enough plot. |

According to snippets of a New Statesman article by Laurie "Extreme Marmite" Penny, located nyah, Rhianna Pratchett will be taking over The Discworld eventually.
I really do think this is a great idea, plus extra points for his description as "professional morbid bastard" |

^ Not sure about that. I know she is lead writer on the new Tomb Raider game, but I've read nothing from her so I have no idea how good she is.

All I know of her is when she used to write for PC Zone.
