Classics all of them, I love when the translator steps in just to translate the swearing.

Saw it coming but it still raised a chuckle. I think that's what puts this show a couple of leagues above the regular cack, even the obvious jokes (off which there are maybe a few too many) are delivered with a certain comical panache, so you can't help but laugh.

So, on second viewing it's much better. The slightly lame comuter-not-plugged-in gag is saved by Roy's speech about "one day, you'll slip up..." and his screaming. The shoe-beating is only a little less than hilarious and I really, really like Katherine Parkinson's delivery of... just about everything.

And also?

Chris Morris as Denholm? HOT.

First episode was okay, not great but had a few laughs. The second episode has been miles better so far.

Now you come to mention it!

Though, doesn't his character remind you an awful lot of CJ in 'The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin'? Now there's a sitcom that isn't talked about enough.

I didn't get where I am today by thinking.

Well the second episode was better and had far more laughs. Also a little cameo by Danny Wallace isn't a bad thing. Plus was it Simon doing the lift voice in the first episode?

And Fay Lucas from Grange Hill to boot.

Not a laugh riot (though it had its moments, but i'll definitely stick with it, if only for Chris Morris.

The red head? I thought she looked like a presenter from Blue Peter from the 80s.
