I was taking the Michael out of his accent thrice there you see, I think the film does it a bit too.

I loved the rhythm generated by the dialogue between Pitt & Norton in this movie.
This being just one example... TYLER Do you know what a duvet it? JACK Comforter. TYLER It's a blanket, just a blanket. Now why guys like you and I know what a duvet is? An obvious one, but "The Force will be with you, always . . ." has - for me - to be at the top of the Star Wars heap of quotes.
One of my favourite lines, from any film, would have to be the one from Raiders of the Lost Ark where Indy is instructing Sallah to organise a boat in Alexandria before he heads off across the desert in pursuit of Nazi scum. Sallah: And what are you going to do? Jones: I don't know, I'm making this up as I go . . . Don't know why, but that simple line always makes me smile! I could probably quote most of Ghostbusters here as well, but one line a friend and I keep quoting down the pub is Bill Murray's "You're right, no human would ever stack books like that" line (not sure why, there are no books in my local!). And lastly, Roy Batty's speech at the end of Bladerunner - excellent stuff! |

The whole exchange between Inigo and the Man in Black before and during the swordfight on top of the cliff is pure gold in my opinion. Especially-
