Or you could apply those categories to Michael Jackson rather than Jakson.

Put totally overrated. Loved everything he did up to and including the Lord Of The Rings Trilogy. King Kong was good, but lacked a little something. Kiddie fiddler is a bit strong though!

Jackson did nothing really worth listening too after Off The Wall. A couple of Thriller tracks are OK but it was downhill after OTW.

Can I vote for all of them?

I think he has covered all bases during an incredibly patchy career, from the sublime (Thriller and Off The Wall) to the ridiculous (Earth Song, his Jesus complex, and being a complete weirdo).

There is only so much water held by the argument that he didn't have a normal upbringing. I was found abandoned in some reeds and brought up by bullfrogs before spending 10 years in a travelling circus as the ring-master's ring-disciple, and I turned out just fine. *twitch*

Yep - pretty much sums it up. He let his personal demons and bizarreness take over - no reality whatsover. And obsessions - good grief, what a buckeet of neurosis and strangeness. All hindered his music and then he just couldn't keep up with the times. He stayed in a timewarp circa. 1989 and never moved on. Neither would his 'fans' let him - he seems to ahve more than his fair share of pyschos.

Aw bless - yes, in comparison to our very own foundling, Jessop and that Ukranian lass raised by a pack of dogs - Mr Jackson got it easy.

It wasn't just his lack of a normal childhood but his over-indulged adulthood which probably did all the trouble. Shirley Temple and Drew Barrymore didn't go all 'howard hughes' either and their childhoods in Hollywood were mental. The Jacksons are clearly all messed-up but Mikey has probably done a lot to himself too. Hence his very frightening face.

What Sostie said just about sums him up for me.

His fans are some of the saddest and scariest individuals on the planet.

He did get interesting when his head caught fire. That was funny. It was Ghost Rider-tastic.

He's ok, but overrated..and most likely a kiddey player. He's really a strange person. I guess it would have been interesting to talk to him one on one, just to see what he's like without all the media fuzz..darn..guess I'll just have to put on my school uniform and put on a brave smile.
But seriously...it WOULD be interesting to talk to him I think. I'm a sucker for neurotic people..or crazy people for that matter. They just interest me.

Whether people think he is a good musician or not, anybody who thinks he is a child molestor is ill-informed and there is no excuse for it.

The court transcripts for every single day in court were posted online free of charge. If you didn't read them then you have nothing upon which to base your opinion and therefore you barely deserve one. Reading a newspaper is not the correct way to gather information on a case like this and especially not when a black celebrity is at the centre of it and especially not when it's Michael Jackson.

There is not and never has been one single iota of factual information or tangible evidence to ever connect Michael Jackson to any of the charges levelled against him.

There has, conversely, been insurmountable evidence to vindicate him.

Anybody who can look at the evidence, or lack thereof, and conclude guilt is nothing short of an imbocile.

No there isn't and no he doesn't. That is a ridiculous and factually inaccurate statement and only serves to further prove the extent to which the media perpetuated their brainwashing bullshit with regard to this case.

There was not and is not one single iota of information. Not one piece of evidence. Ever. Nothing. At all. No ifs and no buts. There was NEVER a single iota of evidence. Ever. To connect him to a single charge that was levelled against him.

A typical paedophile will have dozens or hundreds of victims. They will be married or will be overtly heterosexual in order to provide themselves with a cover story. they will take measures to disassociate themselves with children so as not to arouse suspicion and they will be interested in child pornography.

Michael Jackson has two alleged victims. He is decidedly androgynous and in no way represents stereotypical masculinity. He constantly associates himself with and claims to identify with children. No child pornography was ever discovered on his property or on any of the computers in his home, including the computer in his bedroom and the computer in his office. They tore his house apart and found nothing.

He is pretty much the exact opposite to what experts say is a typical paedophile character profile.

Until another pop artist has outsold Jackson's 750million records, or the 104million copies of a single album (Thriller)... Until another pop artist holds the Guinness World Record for the most successful musician in history, the largest television audience in history, the most awards won by a single artist, the largest selling album in history and the other four or five he holds... Until another pop artist has performed the world's largest ever tour... I fail to see how anybody else could be deemed the King of Pop ahead of him.

His achievements are unequalled by any other artist in any genre, let alone pop.
