Was there for hours and got the following autos

PC Doris Thatcher David Bradley (so sweet and so happy to sign) JULIA DEAKIN - This made my evening Plus someone next to me said to jess, i like what your wearing esp your shoes and she said "thanks i got them from a second hand shop" and i shouted "ARE THEY PATRICK COX'S?" she laughed and said HAHAH MAYBE Brill evening |

not many did, she was just walking through too and i spotted her and called her over, she signed my board then people next to me and carried on. Saw tyers too but forgot his real name (michael Smiley) so missed out

I couldn't remember his name and had already put my autograph book away cuz I was soaked. I felt sorry for him cuz there was about a ten metre gap where nobody wanted his autograph and he was just nervously walking along smiling at us.

Had an email from Simon for those who were there at the premiere.
Hello all, Couldn't resist dropping into the forum to see if any of the Spaced Out crew had been at the premiere and was sorry to see that some people felt we were neglectful to the crowd. I can only apologise and assure you that it has nothing to do with the "whir of the cameras". Don't get me wrong, premieres are fun but contrary to appearance the whole red carpet ritual isn't a huge amount of fun. It's actually rather nerve wracking and disorientating. On one hand you have people shouting your name from all directions, on the other you have all the press obligations attached to the event, which is afterall a publicity excercise staged in order to promote the film. Once you're out there, it's kind of like being a pinball being bounced between those who have turned out and the publicists taking you off to do the required interviews. Add to that a sudden rain storm making it impossible to sign things and you have a pretty confusing situation. You also have no way of knowing who are the true fans, the autograph collectors and the oppurtunists. Invaribly you cannot get round to everyone, unless you come back out during the film and I didn't do that because I wanted to be with my family when they saw the film for the first time. We had to introduce the film on 4 different screens and it absolutely had to kick off on time. It saddens me to think people think I care more about being on TV than I do about those who support us. Nothing means more or resonates louder than the props we get from our core supporters. I can only re-emphasise how dizzying and weird it is out there. If I could I would do a Tommy C and not stop until everyone was happy.
