And it's still fantastic every time you see it isn't it?!  Even better when there's a bag of Minstrels by your side  wink.gif

Absolutely.

But how small was that screen? It was like watching it on a really big telly rather than at the cinema. Good, though. Gave it a slightly different feel.

Ah yeah, it was teeny. That cinema really needs a refurbishment (Odeon Marble Arch for everyone wondering what we are waffling about). But yeah, it was a different feel.

Thanks. You'll be more proud when I tell you I dressed as a different prop from Spaced on every visit.

Why you gotta come round here teasing us? Make yourself useful and go and tease that one who posts without using any spelling, grammar or punctuation!

Minstrels are Mars Galaxy chocolate covered in a brown crispy sugar shell.  See here.  Very popular for eating at the cinema over in the UK.  They're probably about the same size as your thumb nail and about 0.5cm in depth.  Very yummy!!!

Oooh sounds yummy! I want some!

I went to the cinema today but I didnt go to see HF, I went to see "I Want Candy". But the Fuzz was on in the screen right beside me and I could kind of hear it and I just spent the entire movie wishing I had gone to see Hot Fuzz.
Hmmmmmmm I dont have anything to do tomorrow....

Yesterday made it 7 times for me. They actually had a bit of a 'Lurch' doing the tickets. Poor sod practically ended up just giving me back a slither of my ticket after twice trying to tear it down the line unsuccessfully. It's on the smallest screen up there now so I think it's on it's last fortnight. sad.gif

i dont think i do a good job of pretending. im a CAD Operator. so all this typing must seem rather out of place and suspiscious. but as long as i keep churning out the work im given they seem happy.

not this weekend sad.gif its my girlfriends birthday and its too short notice. if i can make it down itd be for the screening just before the dvd release.

Er, yes, well, moving right along.......

Only one day til I see my 3rd screening of HF. Yay!!!

On a different note - I showed Shaun of the Dead to my mum last night.
It really really scared her!!

There is a pane of frosted glass next to my front door and the lights outside were making shadows on it of the trees moving in the wind. Mum was grabbing me saying "Sarah there's something at the door agh!"
I said "mum it's just a shadow of the trees - what did you think it was, zombies?"
Bless her.
