I should point out that the napkin was entirely Edgar's idea.  I was all prepared to ask him to do an athletic GrundyFinger/ShackStare/JessopThumbs combo pose, but the second I said "Spaced Out" he whipped out that sucker and started scribbling.

He had a napkin at the ready? happy.gif Edgar's the best. cool.gif

So I wandered over to Virgin after work....y'know, to pick up the Muppet Show and Body Snatchers discs out today.  No big whoop.  Ran into some long-haired loon while I was there, tho - he made me pose with this napkin:

Wotta weirdo.  Cute, though.
(If you asked for something signed, then it's signed, folks. wink.gif )

I wasn't exactly sure where to put this- But I figured this was while he was at Virgin that I'd post it here.
Interview with Edgar!:
part 1: http://youtube.com/watch?v=cHaQl_hdYa8
part 2: http://youtube.com/watch?v=G9f3pnom86U

I love the start of the second part.. 'in the dark it doesn't matter, does it?' laugh.gif

Coooooooool!
Thanks so much for posting that Anni.

Harvey Keitel watching SOTD? How cool is that?

And I love the idea of Simon & Edgar on the plane with their headphones mouthing along to Raising Arizona.
Son, you've got a panty on your head

And by the way Edgar, when someone asks about crazy fans, the correct answer is "No no, all our fans are wonderful people. We love them alot" wink.gif
When someone asks if you're a God, you say yes

I think I'm probably fairly close to being able to mouth the words to R.A. already.
I never saw it at the cinema but got it out as soon as it came out on video (at which point I was probably about 12yo) and have been a fan every since.
Though for preference I would generaly say Lebowski is my most favourite.

As for the Harvey Keitel question, I'm not even sure where to start answering that.
Why don't you just wander over to imdb and have a look while I bang my sad old head against a brick wall?

A psycho who builds a psycho robot in Saturn 3
The guy with the silver in The Last Temptation Of Christ
The cop with a heart in Thelma and Louise
Mr White in Reservoir Dogs
A "cleaner" in Assassin
The Wolf in Pulp Fiction
Auggie in Smoke
A mmm mmm servant of God in From Dusk Till Dawn
A bent cop in Copland
The King himself in Finding Graceland
The devil himself in Little Nicky

Thanx for posting that up, Anni. smile.gif

What a great interview! cool.gif The questions weren't the stock-standard boring ones that we've heard a million times before, & the interviewer knew his stuff & was a genuine fan. Fantastic. biggrin.gif

It does make a nice change. When I first started watching it I felt a little weary and hoping he wont be like every other interviewer. Glad to see someone likes to ask more interesting questions than, "You've done zombies, you've done cops, what's next?" wink.gif

ETA:
Just noticed this...
