I did. It was the first award to be given and Simon said he was glad it was the first award as it meant they could, '...go and get drunk.' Edgar was just happy that there wasn't a phone-in scandal and it wasn't actually won by the Blue Peter cat. laugh.gif

With the award being first it meant I didn't have to sit through the majority of the ceremony itself, but it was obvious they were dragging out every clip as long as possible to fill time as there were only a few catagories.

I missed the beginning (and the award) which meant I had to sit through the whole thing. God, it was annoying.

I think you could probably tell the calibre of the awards when you saw the presenter was the 'I call that Pimms O'clock!' guy.*

* Nothing against Alexander Armstrong. He's a very nice, funny, personable bloke. But most people would just know him as the 'I call that Pimms O'clock!' guy.

I did know him from Armstrong and Miller, but unfortunately I also knew him from Beast.

Very well done guys!
They often show different members of the audience during the award ceromony....I noticed that they showed Simon A LOT!

Not that I'm complaining....
