They're not massive, but they have acquired a very sturdy cult following over the past few months.  First time in forever that I've had a comedy favorite of mine catch on with pretty much all of my friends at exactly the same time.  We drove to Vegas in the convertible (me, Wendy and Sue) singing Business Time. :lol:

Last night's episode was probably my favourite of the series, though that may be entirely down to Murray who was the real star of the episode. He's a great comi-tragic character and that really showed in his relationship to the boys and his, probably misplaced, devotion to them.

In fact, so attached did I become to Murray during the episode that I actually felt quite angry at the ending; the phone call to Shelley was a rare heroic moment and it seemed like the perfect ending for the episode but then they added on his sheepish answering of the phone when he thought Shelley was phoning back. I wouldn't have minded him being cowed by his boss, but the bit at the start of the conversation made me feel really bad for Murray after his brief moment in the sun.

I loved Mel's wandering hands whilst she was 'asleep' in the car. More Mel please! She's brilliant.

And you are right about Murray, he's a superstar.

I must admit I thought Murray was really the star from the first episode because it just drops you in at the beginning in media res with Jermaine and Bret with no preamble, but with Murray he gets some really choice lines of dialogue and is just funny all the time.

A love-triangle, a Fleetwood Mac situation; although there was four of them so more of a love-square.

I think I may have seen my favourite episode so far. The mini-tour.It was the point at which I came to the conclusion that Murray is the real star.

Last night was my favourite episode so far. Probably made more enjoyable by the fact that I was watching it with mates instead of on my lonesome. But still, the reaction to the acid they took was hilarious and Mel peeking around the door had me guffawing like a silliot.

Mel peering round the door was really made by the picture of the two headed conchord beast on the wall, later recreated in the acid trip.

The last two episodes have been fantastic.

Oh, me too. Although it did remind me slightly of a gag in the very first episode of That 70's Show.

There was so much goodness in last night's I'm going to watch it again this afternoon.

That was quality as well, following quite quickly by them piling out of the window only to find it led back to the living room. There were tears in the room!
