New series trailer to air this Saturday!

Also contains a link to some new promo images.

What's the reckoning on it starting on two weeks?!

I bet it starts on the 10th . . .

Though with it being an hour long special, it could be Easter Saturday.

If it's either of those It'll be Sky+, Easter Saturday is my sister's engagement party, and 10th is London Meet of course.

Though I watched most of series 4 through Sky+ or iplayer, as I was either working or down the pub.

Slightly spoilery script excerpt via here..

Spoilery in that it seems Amy is engaged and her Fiance becomes a (maybe temporary) companion....

The new series begins at Easter, according to the new trailer. April 3rd it is then!

I won't see it until the next day though, my sister's engagement party is that night.

Yep, Easter it is.

I must admit to being a tad underwhelmed by that trailer; bits on the grass, good. Bits where someone had been smoking grass, not good.

And who on Earth though the incredibly naff alien head at the end was a good idea?!

Yeah, was a bit weird.

I think all that stuff in the vortex thing + that Alien head was showing off a bit, as it's done in 3D for Imax, it's being shown before something (Alice in Wonderland I think).

Series 6 has been commissioned! (No great surprise, given that the names of several writers have already made it onto the net!).

Filming starts in June.

And three more episode titles from series five:

4. The Time of Angels
5. Flesh and Stone
6. Vampires in Venice

I like the episode 5 name.

And yay to series 6 being commissioned! Who apart from Gaiman has been confirmed to write for it?
