QUOTE (Drifter @ Mar 10 2008, 06:59 AM) That would be amazing! I wonder if it'll be a pain in the ass to get it here in the states. It's probably been mentioned already but since I'm new..anyone else slightly put off by the cheesy pinstripe duo that the Doctor and Donna seem to be in all the promo pics? |

Not I. Following The Runaway Bride I think they are going to play off each other very well (that still remains to be seen, of course, but I'm willing to keep an open mind at this point). |

QUOTE (Drifter @ Mar 10 2008, 12:59 PM) Before anyone gets too excited. It's be nice as a Live Arcade/PSNetwork/Wii downloadable thing but at around £15 a pop I'd rather just buy the cards. As a result of the news that there was a Doctor Who game in development one of the best ideas I've heard suggested as to an actual Doctor Who game had it play out in a non-canon story where the current Doctor dies and you regenerate into a user created version of the Doctor who you take through a KoTOR/Mass Effect style action RPG. |

I would have to agree with that. It's going to be hard for Tate to really shake the skitcom persona, but then again, a lot of people didn't think that Billie Piper would work, and look how wrong they were! |

I've got the first series and selected disks from the last two. I'm not particularly willing to shell out BBC prices for the series two and three box sets, but I'm half tempted to get the Army of Ghosts/Doomsday double bill above.
