I heard her mention something about the last episode, I thought she just said it would be next week though.

She said it would be on the red button. She lied.

Enjoyed Truebllod again, it was nice to learn a bit more about Sookie's "powers"
Did anyone used to watch Samurai Jack when it was on TV? I used to watch it late at night (usually with my mum) and loved it, particularly it's references to other movies/mangas/comics etc and also for the incredible sound effect work done on it. I've just gotten hold of all 4 series and I'd forgotten how nice it looks as well. It's a fairly simplistic style but some of the creature designs are just brilliant. |

I'll admit to having a real soft spot for the work of Genndy Tartakovsky. If you've not seen it yet, get hold of the Clone Wars cartoon that he did.

Ah well I'm glad there are others who liked it as well. Hopefully there will be a movie, Genndy said one would definetely get made....... the music in the series is fantastic as well. The whole thing is just great.

I always missed it when it was on but I do like the Powerpuff Girls. Can I still be in the gang?

I never really watched it but I liked what I saw. I should probably check it out, though since I really like Genndy Tartakovsky, and I used to love Dexter's Laboratory.

I won a Star Wars Clone Wars fine art giclee signed by Genndy Tartakovsky from Adam and Joe on their Xfm show a few years back. Never really watched that or Samurai Jack, but agree that Dexter's Lab was genius.

I had a few hours to kill today so I caught up on the couple of episodes of Psychoville that I missed whilst I was away. I'm now fully prepared for the finale on Thursday, but I'm also anxious about it. It's made for one of the most pleasant surprises of the year so far (I love The League of Gentlemen but when I first heard about it, and when I first saw pictures from it, I was worried that they would be just turning over soil on well-trodden ground) and I just don't want it to end. Not only has it provided me with more belly laughs than any other new show this year but it's also managed to be an involving mystery and genuinely quite creepy in places. I'm specifically thinking about Joy exsanguinating Nicola and putting the blood into Freddie.

Why is Kevin Bishop allowed to black up?
Is it acceptable now? |
