Everyone should try and catch Small Island on iplayer if they didn't just sit captivated for an hour and a half watching it. Utterly captivating, heartbreaking and sensual, I can't wait for the concluding part next week.

Malcolm! He's a cunt! But I couldn't help feeling sorry for him. The last 10 minutes of The Thick Of It this week was surprisingly edge of the seat stuff. It was more exciting than the last series of 24 I watched.
