I doubt things have been helped by Murray and Ramis not speaking for about 12 years after Groundhog Day.

I agree that this is probably better left well alone. I do quite like the second film though, possibly because I saw it at the cinema while quite young and had a great time.

I've heard people complain that "it's just so obviously Wes Anderson'. They're saying this like it's a bad thing, weirdos.

Well, I can kind of see the point in that criticism. There's having a distinguishable style and then there's allowing that style to overwhelm the work and descend into self-parody. (See: Burton, Tim)

I think it looks great, and I'm excited to see how the Anderson newbies fare with his style.

Many Chins is calling it a day (unless they do Indy 5).

It's as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in joy . . .

I saw that yesterday. Astonishing. I think my favourite part may be Ray Wise screaming, "Shut the fuck up, Einstein!"

It had me at Barry Bostwick shouting "Motherfucker".

And looking at the credits, Kevin Sorbo as Abraham Lincoln.

I've been keeping tabs on this one for a while now becuase of Juno Reactor's involvement, but now the theatrical trailer to Iron Sky has finally been released. Cannot wait.
