I don't think it was at all.
It had certain similar elements of humour but the characters were fairly different, the only one being vaguely similar being Shaun & even then that's mostly because he was a slacker & played by Simon Pegg. |

That is all... But seriously, how can more spaced be a bad thing. Even if it is slightly sub-par (wich I doubt it will be with the Pegg, Wright and Hynes (sp) all working together again and not forgetting the Frost either) it will still be better than most of the shite that's out there at the moment.
