I can't buy a PS3!
It's a shame Konami can't just port it to the 360, they really shot themselves in the foot by doing all that Otacon Cell processor marketing shit, and having the Sixaxis in the game. Having such a big title be an exclusive these days makes no sense. Obviously all consoles have their exclusive titles, but the final chapter of a series that's always been multi-platform shouldn't be one of those titles. EDIT: Did you see the article I posted yesterday? Square-Enix has said they won't make Final Fantasy VII HD until a modern FF game outsells the original VII. Master trolling there. I don't understand the need for it. Just play the original. Then again I never really got all the FF fuss. |

MGS wasn't completely multi-platform at the time though. It made sense. I also imagine Sony paid for exclusivity rights.
Basically the whole arm thing is a ruse |

How does that work? Can we add impersonation to Ocelot's list of skills? He talks with Liquid's voice in 2. Also, what does he even gain by doing that? Self hypnosis and nano machines were used >,>. I dont really remember why. I just remember laughing at how many things were explained by nano machines (Vamps healing abilities and that are explained with nano machines, hence him showing up in MGS4 It's all completely ridiculous but I love it so much. The whole series is fantastic (except mebbe the portable ops games), and for whatever reason the silliness in 4 doesn't annoy me. Probably because there are so many great moments. Ah, nanomachines...
I bought Super Monkey Ball for the GameCube today. It's over a decade old but if released completely unchanged today it wouldn't be criticized for anything. It looks and handles amazingly well. |

MGS sounds complicated! It does get a bit complicated. And really "out there" with a lot of things. There's a great free downloadable encyclopaedia on the PS3 which tells you absolutely everything about....everything and has links and all sorts to related/mentioned people/places/events. What I really liked is that it read your MGS4 save and if you hadn't seen or learnt certain things in the game it would redact the encyclopaedia so you wouldn't spoil anything for yourself. |

I've had LA Loire for over a year now, and still haven't played past the training mission... I suck.
