It's one of those games I'll get around to eventually. The trouble with games (and also with me) is that they're so cheap, but also really long. The result is I've got loads to play but I never get around to it.
Alan Wake, Bioshock, Fallout: New Vegas, GTA4: Liberty City Stories, and pretty much all my Wii games I've barely scratched the surface on. I know I'm not the only person, I seem to collect games rather than actually play them. There are plenty I do play and complete of course, but not enough. Hell, I've still not finished Unreal, and I've had that game for nearly 15 years. |

MGS2 looks and plays really wonderful on the Vita. I had forgotten how quickly enemies respawned in areas you'd been through. It's a bit disappointing really, as clearing those areas and hiding bodies feels a bit useless

The X-Men arcade game is bloody brilliant, and is half price at the moment on XBLA. Well worth 400 Points.

Steam strikes again. Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine for £5.
Also, do you like Lego? Do you like Batman? If the answer to either of those questions is "no" then I'll have to seriously reconsider whether or not I want to know you. For everyone else, there's Lego Batman 2, which is tons of fun. |

I enjoyed Space Marine far more than it probably deserved.
Playing MGS2 and I forgot all about the first mention of the La-li-lu-le-lo. Loled |

MGS2 has loads of lol moments. I like when the President grabs Raiden's crotch and says "You're a man...", because it just makes absolutely no sense, but they all roll with it like it's the most normal way to greet someone.
Now, am I right in thinking that La-Li-Lu-Le-Lo is Arsenal's VR program censoring mention of the Patriots? This post has been edited by GundamGuy_UK: Jul 2 2012, 12:00 PM |

The American captain giving the speech on the Tanker says it after Ocelot says "blah blah blah the Patriots" Then the captain says "The La-Li-Lu-Le-Lo?!!?!" He grabs Raidens crotch because he's not sure, he looks like he could be one ir the other! Obviously! XD. Raidens voice is really....poncy. It's a bit distracting at times This post has been edited by monkeyman: Jul 2 2012, 03:32 PM |

No, he grabs Raiden's crotch because this is a standard greeting in Japan. Or at least it is in the anime I've been watching...

No, I know he does it because he's not sure. My point is, crotch-grabbing isn't a normal behaviour (except maybe in Japan). If you saw someone and you weren't immediately sure of their gender, you wouldn't go and grab their crotch to check. |

Speaking of MGS2, the whole swimming section wasn't nearly as bad as I remembered it being last time I played it. I had no real problems.
Squawk! I miss you, Hal |

Squawk! I miss you, Hal I don't even remember there being a swimming section D: I also smiled at the reason for Vamp being called Vamp, I'd forgotten all about it. Because he's a vampire?
You don't remember having to carry Emma around on your back swimming through loads of corridors full of mines? |
