Now then, now then, guys 'n' gals, it's time for another poll, this time of a musical nature!

So get your headphones on, sharpen your pencils and start compiling those lists, because it's The Spaced Out Ultimate Albums of the Nineties Poll!

That's right pop-pickers, as it says on the tin, we want to know your top ten twenty albums released betwixt the years 1990 and 1999.

Rules are as follows:

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING ME YOUR VOTES!

Simply PM me your top ten twenty albums - in order of preference - before midnight on Friday 16th January.

- Comments on your choices are welcome, and may be posted with the final results.

- Only studio albums can be nominated (no 'best-of' compilations please - however, live albums may be considered).

PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR VOTES BELOW!

And to help you jog those memories, why not check out this link ---> Rock List <-- Features every poll from every music paper/magazine, for every year!
(Link provided courtesy of your friendly neighbourhood Sostie).

The results of the poll will be posted once all the data has been collated and checked.

So, you have a month and a day to get your Top Twenties compiled, folks - we look forward to hearing from you!

If you should have any questions, please feel free to post them below.

Oooh! Decisions, decisions. Do I pick and album from each year? One from 10 great acts? Or shall I just list the Nick Cave albums for that decade and pad out the rest?

Cheers dude.

I'm going to find this nigh on impossible to say the least. I drafted a Top 15 almost immediately after I got to work at some ungodly hour this morning. That will easily bloat to Top 30 once I get home, with all the additional "but what about such-and-such?" shenanigans.

Good grief.

Don't forget Carter The Unstoppable Sex Machine people. I am serious. Don't forget them

Damn, 1991 alone has nearly filled my list. I've not even reached the Brit Pop or Trip Hop years

This should be quite challenging since most of my favourite albums are from the last ten years or pre-1990. Looking through my collection could throw up some surprises.

Mine will probably be quite standard, actually, since I only started buying music in 2002, so my buying has largely about getting the ''big'' albums rather than stumbling across lesser known acts.

I suspect that I am going to struggle to get to ten, and that they will all be depressingly mainstream!

London would be in ruins as I storm the streets wearing a Mudhoney t-shirt, screaming Senseless Things lyrics.

I've narrowed my selection down to 14. I can't see how it's possible to bring it down to 10. - Can I submit a top 14 albums??

I guess I'll just try & order them & see what ends up at the bottom.

I've narrowed mine down to about 30 and I'm up to 1994!

Number one should be easy for me as my second favourite album ever falls under this decade.
