A variation of the old Versus threads.
"Second Division" may not be the fairest term to use for these films but they are the ones that are not generally considered Arnie's real classics. So on this list you'll find no Terminator, Terminator 2, Commando, Predator, Total Recall or True Lies. Also missing are his comedies. And Batman & Robin mainly because it's not really an Arnie vehicle (and I doubt anyone will vote for it). Get voting. |

What, no Hercules in New York? It would have had my vote purely for Arnies delivery of "Hercules does not need money!". Last Action Hero gets mine mainly because it's a funny and well made parody of Arnie featuring the man himself. If only they'd dropped the whole kid stuff and exchanged it for a late teen/high school type then it would have made more sense and would porbably be remembered a little more fondly. As it was I don't think the film really had a market beyond those who'll watch a film just because Arnie is in it. And I'm thankful to be one of those people. |
