Is this where to post about Ultimate Big Brother? Didn't watch any of the last bb but am watching this. And just as I thought there was a distinct lack of Makosi going mental it ended with her crying because John McCririck made her question who she is, BAM! My favourite bit of Dead Set was Makosi and her kabbalah book, which I like to think wasn't scripted and was just her being herself.

I was surprised by how glad I was to see Preston and Chantelle getting on with each other.

It’s a shame Josie’s walked out. I’m sure she would have won it. I’m sure so many people being an expert on her relationship with John James didn’t help. Bastards.
As for the rest. I like Preston & Chantelle (I actually never liked the girl before this series), Ulrika and Nick. Brian is OK. The rest I’m not liking especially Nadia who for me was one of my all time top 10 hated housemates. I kind of hope Nick wins. In a way he’s partly responsible for making BB the success it has been. |

Is anybody bothering with the Ultimate stuff? Watched a bit yesterday (I think) where Coolio "left" because of an incident with Nadia. Won't be going back to it.

Enjoyed last nights show mainly for Nikki's surprising, humourous acceptance of her electric shocks.
On the downside, Makosi and Nadia continue to be odious skanks. Makosi's continued shallow promises of laying into Ulrika is pretty sad. Why? Because Ulrika "pulled a face" when Makosi openly announced that her boyfriend sticks his tongue up her arse! |

I'm disappointed in Makosi, I was hoping for more imaginative and downright bizarre cries for attention. She's just boring now.
I've been surprised by how much I've liked Nikki. Having never watched it when she was in it and only seeing her highlights I just thought she'd be nothing but annoying but she is quite funny and not as conniving as other people in the house. Brian has to be the favourite now. |
