Holy fuck was that dull. They had to cart out Billy Crystal and Zombie Bob Hope to show what real hosts looked like. Here's a note to Franco and Hathaway; if you're going to host together, make sure you're on the same drugs. Super stoned and mega coked is a bad combo.

It's weird, because the reviews all seem to agree with you, but I thought it was HI-larious.
Maybe it's because in the UK it was on from 1:30am - 5am... everything is funny at that time of the morning. Plus, Franco rules. |

I watched some of the red carpet stuff on Sunday and then watched the highlights on Living the other night.
Top dresses: Reese Witherspoon, Mila Kunis and Amy Adams. Favourite presenters: Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law, and Russell Brand and Helen Mirren (a surprise, as I usually don't find Brand funny). Best speech: Colin Firth. I'm annoyed they cut Melissa Leo's accidental swearing out of the highlights show. |

They should have cut her whole speech out, whattadick.
I'd would have liked to see Marky Mark's many sisters win Best Supporting Actress instead. They were wonderful. |
