I'm currently loving:
B3TA.com - the Questions of the Week section is hilarious, although sometimes a little bit sick. Project Rockstar - we had a league of this ages ago on the old board. Anyone fancy starting one up? |

There are several websites I visit everyday that I can recommend:
NASA's Astronomy Picture of the Day - lots of very cool pictures of things cosmological. PvP - Player vs Player - a very good on line comic strip (was originally put onto this by BBF). The Register - An IT news site that is very informative and quite often quite funny as well. The J. Michael Straczynski Message Archive - This site is one I check on occasionally, to see if there are any developments on a new Babylon 5 series, but mainly to marvel at the smug superiority JMS lauds over everyone in his posts. From the above you can probably deduce I'm a geek! |

I'm loving www.client-online.net (if you like your pop edgy and electro)
Another favorite is Albino blacksheep - full of odd flash movies and strange little things. Usually has something to make you laugh. |

Spent quite a lot of time at www.ebaumsworld.com just recently, mostly listening
to the prank phone calls - I'd been thinking recently about making a Kevin Spacey soundboard, before I listened to "Spaced Jam" on the new 3DVD set and pondered the possibility of a "Tim" , "Daisy" or "Mike" soundboard - anybody with skills using Shockwave Flash fancy helping me out?! As used by Scott Mills (?) on Radio 1 recently, celebrity prank phonecalls are jolly good fun, especially if you use them for incoming calls - having been badgered by a barrage of credit card companies just lately, I rather fancy the idea of turning the tables on the swines. Try heading HERE where there is a Sound Machine with some sample sounds from the Chris Moyles show. If I remember then there is the ability to add your own sounds.
Well worth a look, it's pretty good software. |
