I used to like the dramatic chanty-choir one...I used to go round singing that all the bloody time...do they still have that one, I haven't had Sky for a while now??

I like that one too! I think it's still on ... I'll have to check later, I haven't been on the TV Guide for a while. I also like the festive sounding one they put on nearer Christmas. |

For some reason, Brimful of Asha has been in my head since waking up. Then it was on the radio this afternoon, and I hadn't heard it for ages before today. Just seemed like an odd coincidence.

QUOTE (Llama @ Jun 3 2007, 07:40 PM) I am now going to choose what I watch with more care when that music is on. It always used to make me feel like there's some sort of Lord of the Rings style battle about to happen. Like there's a secret channel hidden underneath the blue TV Guide thing or something. I much prefer your interpretation. |

I've had Liquid Lives by Hadouken! stuck in my head recently.
I'm not sure what to make of them as a band. On the one hand, their willingness to throw any old idea into the mix and see what happens makes them out to be some sort of tidier, sanitised and sensical version of the Fall. However, take away those elements of The Fall and you're left with a rather dull band. |

For the last week or so, it's been Total Eclipse of the Heart, but today it's moved to "Keep the Car Running" by Arcade Fire.
Not sure how that happened because I listened to Supergrass on the walk to work. |

Why is the Dr Who theme tune stuck in my head and why won't it go away?

I'm glad this is the topic at the head of the list, this morning, as, for whatever reason, I have one of the sappiest, most treacly songs in existence stuck in my head: "Butterfly Kisses."
No, I don't know how it got there, either. But it has to stop. |
