Opinions? I really liked it. Not so sure about the extended title music but the rest of the show was really great. Especially liked Mark's indignation at having to run away from the mugging.

QUOTE (fear_of_pop @ Nov 12 2005, 12:37 AM) Not sure, but that was the moment in the episode that made me sit back and say 'That's a bit messed up...', which can only be a good thing. There was certainly a little, okay, a lot more gayness from him than in previous series. Unless I was missing something. |

I think it's a rather fabulous turn of events.
His Smoking Room persona is bleeding into his Peep Show. Hurrah. |

Can a mod change the subtitle of this thread, please? I makes me whimper each time I read it.

Oh, I laughed a year ago. Now it pains me. On topic, were we told why Big Suze was called Big Suze? |

Can't get enough of Peep Show, personally. I think I caught it once by accident one night and pissed myself laughing through it - made a mental note to keep my eyes open for it in future! Never disappointed!

I am currently crying into my beer as I am living in Japan and literally months away from seeing Peep Show. I cant even dowmload the fucker of UKNova because the entry list to that site is so restrictive.

It definitely doesn't look like jumping the shark anytime soon, which is a relief. (always a worry at the beginning of a new series, that)
I kind of miss Toni the foxy neighbour though. And Super Hans. |

I know what happened with Toni and Jeremy at the end of the last series but they didn't say where either Toni or Nancy were.
And where's Super Hans? |

Toni and Super Hans never appeared in every episode in the last series, so perhaps they'll make an appearance later on.
Things between Nancy and Jez looked pretty rocky at the end of the last series, so I imagine she's gone. I genuinely laughed pretty much non stop throughout last night's episode. Favourite line was "Welcome to Big School". When I read the synopsis in the paper it said that Mark was going to get mugged. I suspected that I was not going to find it particularly amusing as I don't like to see anything too horrible happen to characters that I essentially like, but it was pretty damn hilarious! Am I the only one who found Jez's latent homosexuality really funny? Edited to include Nancy and Jez comment This post has been edited by Henry Krinkle: Nov 12 2005, 08:54 PM |
