Am I the only one who found Jez's latent homosexuality really funny?

That was really funny laugh.gif Although a lot like Robert's character Robin in The Smoking Room....

I saw a full-sized poster ad for the new series at Chelmsford railway station today along with a quote from Ricky Gervais saying that Peep Show is the funniest show on TV. Made a change from all the usual ads for West End shows & pantomimes anyway.

After watching it back I've noticed some new Super Hans footage in the opening sequence, so I think it's safe to say he'll be in it again this series.

I've seen that poster, with them looking all glum, sat on a sofa. They have a full sized back lit one outside the mens toilets at a Bristol train station. I tried to take a picture of myself in front of it (thereby looking like I was stood between Jez and Mark) but I couldn't do it right, and too many people were looking at me in a funny way for taking pictures of myself with a camera phone outside the gents, so I gave up.

Ok here's my current claim to fame:

I have lunch every Wednesday with the "teenage goth" from 1:2 (the party and the bowling episode). Every so often I have to fight the urge to wave her in my comedy-geek friends' faces like a trophy; like a mint condition original starwars figure still in its blister pack.

On top of this another friend of my is playing a crack addict in the episode airing on November 25th.

I used to be a geek, then I became an actor(who was also a geek), then I quit and became just a geek again, but now occasionally I have personal relationships with people who appear in the programs I'm geekishly obsessed with. Sometimes it hurts my mind.

You'll have to drag someone along with you next time to take the pic; either that or go back when it's really, really quiet. happy.gif

Lucky you! I'd be just the same. That bowling episode is my favourite one ever of Peep Show, BTW. Cracks me up every time.

Thought I'd remind everyone that series 2 is out TODAY. I want it now, but I shall try and wait until Christmas instead.

Yay - my taped off of TV, VHS copy of series 2 is looking rather tired and requires an update, I think.

It pains me too, and since dantheman hasn't been online for a year or so I think it's safe to tweak it.
