i've been listening to a lot of lightspeed champion, which is devonte hynes' new project since the test icicles split. they're a really good band, have a bitching name and do a cover of fleewood mac's 'gypsy'. what's not to like?

At school I was in these bands:

The Tyrants (after I had left)

Imhotep is a good name for a band. Hopefully it will be like the Egyptian era Earth Wind and Fire look as worn by Don Cheadle in Boogie Nights. I live in hope.

Yeah - probably. They would kill the funk. Apparently there is a french rapper called this, which is acceptable.

My idea is better though. Thutmose and Amenhotep are also choices if, Sostie, we were to find this band and make it happen.
