Good show, I thought. But what a bastard Mathew Vaughn is. Not only does he win Best British Director rather than Edgar but he also doesn't bloody turn up, which meant Channel 5 only showed his missus going to the stage to get his award and not show the montage of nominees. Edgar was overlooked twice over.

Why I oughta...!

Why hate her for that? She's just a young girl who has been very lucky and is making the most of her opportunities. Wouldn't we all do the same? I know I would have done at that age.

EDIT: Anyway, she wasn't meant to be involved with the film, she was presenting the award.

Doesn't Edgar without his beard look strangely like a baby-faced version of Nick?

I don' t like her because everything i've heard her say sounds really concieted. And i personally don't think that merely being in a film allows for you to get a big-head and milk your "fame" for more than it's worth.

Fair enough. Looking at former child stars, you'd generally say most of them have been harmed by their early fame, and perhaps she will be too. I just think if I'd been in her position I would have been so excited to go to these awards.

I sent a shitload to your email. So I'm either guessing it bounced or you really need to check your email

[Cue inbox exploding, forcing Bruce Willis to save world against tide of ASCII characters]

Anyway, they won't be full resolution PAl..which allows, amongst other things, to count the eyelashes on Pegg's missus
