.......Or not. I have seen the first four episodes of Family guy of american t.v. and I was wondering if anyone else had seen them and what they thought. While there are some awesome new comedy-tastic moments such as:

"this is almost as weird as that time I forgot how to sit down"

and
"Honey my oatmeal tastes weird......OH MY GOD!!!! THERES A BEAR IN MY OATMEAL!!"

They do keep bringing back a lot of the old jokes which is nice at first, then it gets on your nerves, then you just want to drown things... I was wondering if anyone else had sen any and what they thought.

No, I haven't. I'm both painfully excited and somewhat anxious in anticipation. Does anyone know when the BBC are going to start showing it?

There're brilliant. Episode five's a corker, with the creepy CPR guy and Rock Lobster. This series is better than the last, I think.

ipse, as far as I can gather it'll be on the FX channel first, sometime in autumn. BBC2 will be playing all Family Guy from season 1-4, with season four being aired after it's been on channel FX...

Torrents are the best way to sate your hunger until then...

I'm a recent convert to Family Guy (cheers ipse!), and I wonder how it will be treated on BBC2. Are they going to cut out the swearing and adult content?

But Futurama is shown at like 9 in the morning and doesn't have as much adult content. So hopefully, they'll just leave it in and show it post-watershed (maybe 10 - 11 PM?) to reveal it in all its glory.

edited for spelling.

I'd wager they'll put it in the 6PM "Simpsons" slot edited for content. They might do an unedited late showing too, if there's nothing on...

Hopefully they will.

Maybe they'll go the way of Channel 4 and show the older series at about 6, then have series 4 on at 9, unedited.

Yeah, I am really loving the fourth series. Just watched "Petarded" in which Peter is found to be legally retarded - the inspirational black coach is hilarious.
Sean of the Dead
Where are you watching these?!

I am always at a fear that things I really want to see will pass by and then it's over... and this could be one of those times... *judgemental eyes*

The first six episodes are available on the torrent network...
Sean of the Dead
Cheers.
