The BBC's Cult web site is to close on the 15th July, according to an article posted on their site here: Cult closes 15 July.

I've visited this site for the past few years now and although they don't tend to cover things to a very great depth they usually cover most "Cult TV" stories or point you at other sites where you can find out more.

Personally I think it's a shame that the Beeb's re-structuring of their web presence has lead to this site being shut down - those who feel the same way can use the link provided at the bottom of the above page - it goes to the BBC's Complaints website

Shame their Buffy page was actually very good.

The site has now closed, but they have put up a relatively amusing Goodbye!

I never used it myself. This site is much better at covering the stuff I like.

The reorganisation conintues. The DVD news/reviews section on ceefax 547/548 is going as well.

Damn shame.

Sooner or later the BBC'll just be a news and kid's site. I still don't understand why they got rid of the messageboards.

The loss of another quite detailed Buffyverse page is a crushing blow. And I'm being sincere.

You are also re-posting the same though you did last time, it really must be a hard thing to get over!

How?!

One was prior to it shutting down and mentioned only the Buffy page. The second encapsulated my grief for the Buffy/Angel/Whedon related pages that have all now been lost.

This post is the only one that is of no real use.
