It is starting to grow on me, I for sure like the other albums better. No particular song caught my attention on it like the others did, but the more I listen, the more I like it.

I felt the same way at first, but i'm loving it now. Tripled Manic State is some kick ass rock n roll. It defintely beats vol.1 but it's gonna be hard to beat IDR.

i'll be honest, its not quite as bad as i thought it was going to be. still pretty bad, just not as bad.

are they deliberately ripping off ozzy's logo?

They used the style of writing from bark at the moon, for the first logo but its been cut up since then and worked into so it doesnt quite look the same.

i'd be having a quiet word with my legal team.

see, that's the first model of it they have removed those three spikey bits on the insde of the letters because 1. to make it look less like the ozzy logo and 2. to make the 'C' look less like an 'E'.
