Hi there,

I manage Susskind, a band from just outside bradford, and we're looking to do a mini-tour in the northeast in november time - anyone got any contacts they can let me have?

The lads have a unique grunge/rock/loud guitar feel, with influences including Pearl Jam, Idlewild, Nirvana, Metallica, Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers etc etc, and the phrase "pop-metal-nu-wave-indie-emo" has been coined to describe us, which I think fits reasonably well!).

YOu can get a rough idea of what we sound like here: http://www.susskind.co.uk/songs/listen.htm - unfortunately these mp3s are only demo quality (we're recording an EP in august so quality will be better then!) but their style & power is there I reckon..

check out our website: http://www.susskind.co.uk if you like, I'd be well chuffed if someone can get back to me with some info?

cheers guys!

the georgian theatre in stockton is probably your best bet. it's the best small venue in teesside at the moment. here's a link to their messageboard...

Well, depends on just how north East. Theres a place called Fibbers in York, which has a lot of that sort of stuff. The Futureheads used to play there a lot, you know before they got all "famous"

You may also want to try Studio 64 as a point of reference.
