Wife Of Rolex
There's a quick 5 minute Hyperdrive preview on BBC2 next Friday (6th) at 9:55pm.

Now I know what I've been like lately with so called heads up tv appearences but that's what it says in the tv listings and I'm sticking to it.

Cool thanks for that smile.gif

The British Sitcom Guide has added a guide to Hyperdrive to their website. They've published an interview with Nick on there too.

Doesn't look to bad actually.
Jessopjessopjessop
Looks good - I'm pretty excited. I like the design too - always important to me in science fiction!
Dodge
I am moderately impressed.

I shall be viewing this show with a less sceptical air now.

I've always thought Nick had a far better potential than previous works have shown.
curtinparloe
Is anyone else peeved that it clashes with the season finale of Lost?

I wanted to know what happened at the end of it. Ah, well...

Clip looks cool - also starring Kevin Eldon, nice to have another Spaced face in there.
catherinecw
I didn't see it, but apparently the Frost was on Big Brothers Little Brother this morning promoting Hyperdrive. He also mentioned that his next project would be Hot Fuzz.

Here's some clips from the show Nick was on this morning the poster above talked about

They were captured on a cell phone unfortunately, so the quality is pretty bad and the clips are like 3 seconds...but there's plenty of 3 second clips! They're in 3gp format, but they should run if you have Quicktime or Quicktime Alternative installed

I thought it was a pretty good show actually, Kevin Eldon is as mad as always wub.gif

I've now set up a fansite devoted to Hyperdrive, which can be found at www.freewebs.com/camdenlock.

It currently boasts the latest news, SFX scans and articles, the first part of an in-depth episode guide, polls, cast & crew page and guestbook.

However, the really exciting news is that Nick Frost and Miranda Hart have both agreed to answer some questions for the site.

If you have anything you'd like to ask, you can e-mail me at captainhelix@googlemail.com with either 'NICK FROST' or 'MIRANDA HART' in the subject line BY FRIDAY PLEASE.
I intend to e-mail the questions to them on Saturday.

Do take a look at the site, and let me know what you think!
frostitute
Good score on the Frost and Hart chats, have fun with those!

Have you seen Waen Sheppard in his other incarnation, Gary le Strange?
DeadMike
I know it's still a bit far from the premiere but those of us on this side of the pond will finally be able to see Hyperdrive when BBCA premieres the series in early 2007.

So I've heard a bit about the show's plot but is the show itself actually any good. With Nick starring in it I can't imagine it's that bad and has to have at least a few good laughs in it.

It came from the Wednesday August 23rd edition of "Cable Spots" it's a cable industry newsletter. They had a bit about all the new shows that BBC America picked up. They're also going to start airing "The Street", "Fat Friends" and "The Worst Week Of My Life".
Raven
Does anyone know when series 2 is being aired, I thought it was supposed to be on by now?
PrincessKate
Wiki says July 12th.
Raven
Cheers.
frostitute
They decided to turn the DVDs into a boxset of both series, which is released in August according to Play.com, so the July 12th Wiki date seems concrete so far, since we're nearing the middle of June and not even a single mention yet online or off.

That doesn't sound very confident, you'd think they would put them out one at a time with a box set later (if for no other reason than to make more money!).

Hmm.
AusChick
Sorry.
We have amp boxes on our phones at work and so I'm used to making stupid and rude jokes whenever people say "There's something wrong with my box" or "Can you get one of the guys to come and fiddle with my box" or other such things.

Yeah.
Puerile humour.
Gotta love it.
theevilresident101
But of course. Currently watching Spicks and Specks.

Soon. biggrin.gif
dolfyn
Nick's great in Hyperdrive, bless his heart. happy.gif

Yeah that would be cute.
He'd probably have to be an alien of some kind.
