How cool are they?!!! cool.gif

They're so life-like. I'm not into action figures, but I had no idea they'd come so close to the real thing. Almost makes me want one of each. happy.gif

Feel the love.

Ed's face looks really life-like. Now I want one!

If you want a look at what the Zombie Ed head would have looked like:

Also, you can't quite see in the pic, but there is an empty packet of Hog Lumps and a beer mat w/ the Bertram Russell quote on the floor. Heh.
Ohio_is_for_lovers
Ooooooh, the two pack ones look good.
fatseff1234
I shall deffinately be getting one of these, either the two pack set or just a single Shaun.

I'm sorry, but that is awful!

I don't remember Matthew Corbett being in Shaun of the Dead, or is that a particularly violent and unseen episode of Sooty?
Ade
I thought it was Paul Scholes.
curtinparloe
How is he holding the cricket bat?

On second thoughts, don't answer that.

I'm now puzzling as to why he's wearing a barrel instead of trousers.

Is it to carry his arms around in?
AusChick
Who needs arms when you've got that kind of bat-holding power?
curtinparloe
I haven't seen that level of floating bat-holding since Homestar Runner!

Horrific.

They look like they've just been thrown out onto the wastelands of Mars a la Total Recall.

sad.gif They're giving me nightmares.
curtinparloe
They're even worse than that armless bust from a while back.
MyDogAteLA
Look at that... even they're shocked at what they look like. laugh.gif

GundamGuy_UK
Those are hilariously bad.
Llama
What the fuck are they?! laugh.gif
thirtyhelens
The scary thing is that often Sideshow's photos of their collectibles look great, but then the real thing looks terrible. (There are rare exceptions; my Cornelius and Zira dolls are excellent. But again, it's rare.)

If the photos look this bad, I'd be amazed if the actual figures look like anything more than boiled shit.
dolfyn
Ick! huh.gif

The Ed one looks more like Pete as a zombie....

I think that the Ed one is sort of funny as well as being terrible. The Shaun one, though... *shudders* I'll be having nightmares for weeks.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the Shuan and Ed piece? Can't see it on the Kultureshock page.

I saw these in the flesh (plastic!) in Forbidden Planet today. They actually don't look that bad in reality. Was tempted, but not at £49.99 a piece.

Also noticed that the accessories include the albums thrown in the garden. However the titles/band's names have been changed, I assume to avoid copyright problems.

yeah, ... remembering from the comic-con blog: I think The Stone Roses became The Rock Flowers, and Purple Rain became Violet Storm.
