just seen Epic Movie, and well it's different, its like a piss take or narnia, well gnarnia (for copyright reasons, apparently) with bits of other films chucked in, it was very funny, (best bit was the end 30 seconds)
downer came in the form of a "12a" cause they had to dumb it down, so unfortunately if you go to a public showing it'll probe be full of chavs, i can see this being the "weekends biggest one for chucking people out for us in the cinemas"
in the film that i remember spoofed was
Star wars, Superman, Borat, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord Of the Rings, Narnia, Nacho Libre and the Da Vinchi code. there was more but i forgot.
if you are going to the cinema this week, id say see this for a laugh, if you can wait, totally wait for Hot Fuzz, cause that kicks ass!

Okay my opinion on this film;
I saw this at the weekend and I have to say it was utter rubbish. Usually spoof films at least give you a couple of laughs, but this film had none.
The story was badly put together, the script was poor, the acting was rubbish and the jokes none existent.
How film companies can justify spending millions making a film like this I don't know. I was quite tempted to ask for my money back at the end as I can think of better things to spend £6 pound on.
I’m trying to think of a positive from this film but I can’t and I really don’t want to write anymore about how bad this was as I don’t want to waste anymore of my life thinking about it.

I saw that in the trailer they were spoofing Borat. Why spoof a spoof?
Hmm, Epic movie doesn't look very good (from the trailer) but it appeals to some. This made me twitch with madness right: Someone in my drama class goes: 'Ah blad I wanna go see dat Epic movie, it loooooks sik! Phat phat!' So I said to them, man, it's crap, go see Hot Fuzz, it's got Simon Pegg and Nick Frost and it's hillarious. The following terms he didn't understand: Hot Fuzz, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Hillarious. What is the world coming to
