Well, for all those who were worried, it looks like you can breathe easy about Michelle Ryan being Matt Smith's companion - she's apparently been seen on location filming for The Planet of the Dead, so it looks like she will be in the next special, and not the next series.

Hmmm looks like they're filming it round the corner from my office. I can see the film crews from my window, they've changed street signs to London ones too. Can't see much else from here so could be summat else.

That probably is Doctor Who, I know they were filming with a red "London" bus earlier this week.
