Trailer for Steven Soderbergh's The Informant! starring a slightly chubby Matt Damon. For some reason I was expecting this to be a fairly serious movie, sort of a sub-The Insider kind of movie, but as a comedy it actually looks like it could be pretty good.

Is it just me, or does chubby, moustachioed Matt Damon look like a young Phillip Seymour Hoffman?

This one is a bit better. It seems to be closer to what I have heard the tone of the film will be. It does give away a major plot point, though.

Sam Raimi to helm World of Warcraft.

This has been stuck in development hell for a couple of years now, and I'm surprised to see a big name being attached to it.

I wonder what the story will be? I'm struggling to see how they are going to pull a coherent story out of the mess that is Warcraft Lore.

Got a nice surprise seeing the trailer for Surrogates at the beginning of Public Enemies. This had not crossed my radar whatsoever, and its exciting for to see high-concept sci-fi on the big screen. Whether or not the execution will be as exciting remains to be seen, but unless the general consensus recommends otherwise, this is definitely on my 'to see' list.

That's the new Bruce Willis film isn't it? It does look very interesting.
