Sounds like a bit of fun, and with actual prizes up for grabs too, it's more than worth a go:

Fantasy Festival

I'm going to sort the line-up for Festivade this evening. I also fully expect to see adverts for Sostival and Jessopalooza and the like, very soon.

You can't pick a line up until 9.00 GMT.

Sounds interesting

So does that mean it's too late to enter? Can't link to the site from work.

Nah, it's not too late matey, it's running over the next however long, and as there are weekly winners (it's currently Week #4), and monthly updates, I'd say it's going to run for a little while yet. Although it looks like you will probably need to set up a Last•FM account to set your festival up.

I very rarely use Last FM, but I do have an account.

Fes-Steve-val will take shape in my head later.

I've done a festival and I would start up a league but it's such a user unfriendly site I have no idea how to do that.
Wife Of Rolex
Haven't been on Last.fm for ages but thought I'd give this a whirl. It's already annoying me. Why does Last.fm do that to me? Everytime I think it'll be alright this time it just let's me down.

Went to play my line up playlist. First 2 tracks fine then it threw Gareth Gates at me. What?! I didn't bloody pick him. Why's it giving me that? Tried again, played nothing from my festival line up so I gave up.
Sostie
Sostieval has been completed. Though I doubt very much I'd want to go to it.

That's business baby.
Everlong
I forgot all about this! Might do one soon if I remember my lastfm details.

Festivade

Wouldn't Live Ade be better?

Wouldn't Live Ade be better?

I really, really should have named it thus. But I opted for 'Shadyfest'. Which is doing modestly well in the grand scheme of things, given I didn't get on board until Week 5. Currently hovering around the #7,000 mark, out of 30,000+
Wife Of Rolex
I'd forgotten I was doing this. Apparently my festival - Redautomatica - is up 1000 places, putting me 24,142th. Won't be winning any prizes anytime soon, then. Well I'd enjoy my festival, anyway.
Kick in the Head
I've made my one (Ad Noiseum), but it's always the challenge - do I stick in artists I like, ones that would work well together at the same festival, or just play the popularity card to do better than everyone else? In my case, I tried all three.
Wife Of Rolex
Ooh, up another 1200 places. Is that good or actually very average?
