I've been playing it for nearly a year now, but I'm still enjoying GTA: San Andreas... I keep avoiding the missions cos I don't want to finish it!
I was exactly the opposite with this. I felt it started off strong, became more and more interesting towards the middle, tailed off a bit in Las Venturas and by the time Sweet got out of jail and insisted we move back to the sh*thole cul-de-sac of Grove Street when by that stage CJ owns an airfield, a chopshop, a stake in a casino and a home in the hills, I was playing it just to finish it. And the ending was a bit of a let down - certainly not enough to warrant all my efforts...
...now of course, I'm extremely hesitant to delete the save file from my memory card after putting all that work in. AAAAAARRRGG!!!
I am waiting with bated breath for
this, though. It looks supa-dupa-cool! In that way only EA Big games can be!

VIRTUA FIGHTER AND TEKKEN FOR PSP?
Furious button mashing a-go-go as flourish of classic fighters rumoured to rain onto Sony's handheld next year
12:25 Although the PSP has enjoyed more than its fair share of quality titles since it's launch (insert appropriate number depending on country of residence) months ago, the fat-screened uber-device is still lacking that must-have, unit-shifting killer app.
While frenzied Sony fans sit on their hands to stop their arms flailing wildly in excitement over the imminent release of GTA: Liberty City Stories, our slightly more hardcore sensibilities yearn for some traditional fighter action. Kicking fifty shades of the proverbial plop out of a digitally-enhanced opponent has to be better than using the PSP as a bulky, posh-faced MP3 player, right?
Well, according to Jap mag Game Labo (note lack of "gaming bible" pre-fix, please), Sega and Namco are currently hard at work bringing both the Virtua Fighter and Tekken franchises to Sony's handheld. While our initial investigation into the rumours landed us with nothing more than the usual "no comment", we'd like to point out that that's still not a "no". So, will VF and Tekken grace the PSP in ways wi-fi has never imagined?
It's not certain, but it'd be a big boost to the PSP in a genre it's currently lacking in. Once we find out more info, you'll be the first to know, so keep your eyes peeled.

Been playing Burnout Legends on PSP, great! Also, tried game sharing (one disk multiplayer). Works beautifully, although be aware of nearby microwaves. Takes about 3 minutes to upload everything to the other PSP before playing, but the game itself is not graphically reduced in any way once transfer is complete.
Try it. Its the business.

I bought Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate about a month ago. It's awesome, I like getting all the outfits for the girls. Some are terrible. And whenever they wear skirts, they all seem to be made of a really light, floaty material so that when they kick or something, you can see their knickers. What's that about?

I had a very surreal moment the other day when I was in HMV and I saw that Joanna Dark is on the front cover of FHM. Does that strike anyone else as odd? I didn't think the game was that high profile and I certainly didn't think that they were trying to make her into the new Lara Croft.

A Sony Computer Entertainment executive has gone on record to explain why there were no playable PS3 games at this year's Tokyo Game Show - despite Ken Kutaragi's previous promises.
Speaking to Famitsu magazine, Masatsuka Saeki said that Sony could have presented playable demos if wished. However, the decision was taken to use video footage only since TGS marked the first time the PS3 was being shown on Japanese soil.

Well, so long as all the kiddies in the Western world patently refuse to ever consider a game console from anywhere other than Japan, Sony's got the market cornered. Microsoft may have a lovely machine to offer, but they're unfortunately on the wrong end of today's ethno-chic trends, at least as far as most console gamers (over here, anyway) seem to be concerned.
Of course, we PC gamers are entirely irrelevant to the market, nowadays, judging by the ever-shrinking shelf space at most software retailers over here... But that's a topic for another day.
